Jolie tells Vietnamese officials son Pax is well

New York, Dec 22 - Actress Angelina Jolie sent a picture and news of her adopted son Pax to Vietnamese officials, saying he is healthy, 'funny' and loving his new family.Jolie said Pax has become healthy since he was adopted seven months ago though he was initially described as 'shy and dazed'.Jolie wrote to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Justice: 'He speaks in full sentences and even tells great jokes. He has bonded with his family members and we believe he feels very safe in his home.He loves to play outside and enjoys playing with toys that allow him to utilize his motor skills.'She added, 'He is a wonderful addition to our family. We love him very much.' Foreign foster parents of adopted Vietnamese children are required by law to send periodic reports for the first three months and then have to send annual a report until the child is 18 years old.
