Frankfurt - German Bundesliga football club Eintracht Frankfurt are after Czech talent Martin Fenin for a winter break transfer, club officials confirmed on Thursday. "He wants to join us, but there is no indication yet that a deal will be made," said Frankfurt board chief Heribert Bruchhagen.
The forward Fenin, 20, plays for FK Teplice and caught the interest of Frankfurt last summer. But they, as well as Werder Bremen, were deterred by a price tag of 4.7 million euros (6.8 million dollars) at the time.
Frankfurt are in need of a new attacking player after the departure of Albert Streit to Schalke 04.
