(Reuters) - PowerSecure International Inc said it named Chris Hutter chief financial officer, replacing Gary Zuiderveen, who will take up the new position of vice president of financial reporting.Hutter, 41, was most recently national vice president, finance, treasurer, investor relations, and assistant secretary of ADVO Inc, which was acquired by Valassis Communications Inc in March, the company said in a statement.Zuiderveen will continue as the company's controller and principal accounting officer, PowerSecure added.(Reporting by Shamik Paul in Bangalore; Editing by Deepak Kannan)
