Athens - Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan will pay an official visit to Greece December 4-5, the Greek foreign ministry said Sunday. Babacan will meet with his Greek counterpart Dora Bakoyianni and discuss bilateral and regional issues, with emphasis on strengthening cooperation, as well as Turkey's EU accession course.
It will be the first visit by Babacan to Greece since taking over as foreign minister in July.

The two NATO neighbours remain divided over territorial rights in the Aegean and the divided Mediterranean island of Cyprus.
