Baghdad, Nov 24 (Xinhua) The US military said Saturday that 21 people were killed in two bomb attacks, which included a suicide car bombing, in the northern city of Mosul Friday.'Al Qaida murdered 21 innocent Iraqis,' the US military spokesman Gregory Smith told a news conference in Baghdad Green Zone.Earlier, an Iraqi police source put the toll at eight killed and 20 injured.The suicide car bomber targeted the police patrol at the al-Mithaq intersection in southeast part of the city, killing three policemen, four civilians and wounding 20 people, police said.The other incident involved a roadside bomb that targeted a police patrol in the city, damaging a police vehicle and killing a policeman aboard, the source said.
