Chennai, Nov 17 - Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation, a Chennai-based global provider of IT and business process outsourcing services, Saturday said that it has completed the acquisition of New Jersey-based marketRx Inc.MarketRx is a provider of analytics and related software services to life sciences companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices segments.With over 430 employees in the US, India and Europe, marketRx enables pharma and biotechnology companies to improve the effectiveness of their sales and marketing operations.Cognizant provides information technology, consulting and business process outsourcing services and has 35 global delivery centres and has over 51,000 employees.
