London, Nov 17 - Troubled pop star Britney Spears spent 6,000 pounds for liposuction on her thighs and stomach.Spears, who spent her year carelessly partying and drinking, has damaged her good looks and had to spend five hours having surgery, the online edition of Daily Mirror reported.The Grammy award-winning singer, who previously got a surgery done at the same clinic, was so happy with the job this time that she wants to come back for a breast job.A friend of hers said: 'It was to remove flab on her stomach and cellulite on the back of her thighs. She said it was a bargain and that she should have done it sooner.'
