PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 8 Gilbert Arenas had 32 points and Washington overcame a 20-point second- quarter deficit Friday night for a 113-98 victory at Philadelphia.The Wizards used a 22-6 run to come within 52-48 at halftime, and then out-scored Philadelphia, 33-21, in the third quarter to seize control of the contest.Arenas finished with three rebounds and three assists. Caron Butler totaled 20 points, 11 rebounds, eight rebounds, two assists and three steals; DeShawn Stevenson had 17 points and four assists; and Brendan Haywood had 12 points and seven rebounds for the Wizards, who started the season by losing a franchise-record eight straight games away from home.Chris Webber had 21 points, 10 rebounds and five assists for the 76ers, whose losing streak grew to six games in a row.Kyle Korver had 20 points, five rebounds and four assists; while Andre Iguodala added 13 points, six rebounds and seven assists.Sixers Chairman Ed Snider confirmed that star guard Allen Iverson will be traded.
