Paris - England winger Josh Lewsey has been ruled out of Saturday's Rugby World Cup final against South Africa with a hamstring injury. Lewsey sustained the injury to his right leg in England's 14-9 semi-final victory over host nation France, a game in which the 30- year-old scored the opening try.
