LAS VEGAS, Sept. 26 Joy Behar, Kevin Nealon, Chelsea Handler and Jim Breuer have all signed on to headline HBO and AEG Live's third annual The Comedy Festival in Las Vegas.

It will be the first time these comics, along with Stephen Lynch, will perform at the festival, organizers of the event have said.

Set for Nov. 14-17 at Caesars Palace, the festival also will feature Russell Simmons' Def Comedy Jam, moderated by comedian and former "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" star D.L. Hughley.

"We are thrilled to announce all of this great additional talent," said Bob Crestani, chief executive officer of The Comedy Festival. "This year's lineup keeps getting better and better, and there is truly going to be something for every audience at TCF this year."

Previously announced entertainers include Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock, Ellen DeGeneres, Wanda Sykes, Steve Schirripa, Bill Engvall, Frank Caliendo, Jamie Kennedy and Nick Swardson, Artie Lange and the Festival Village.
