LONGMONT, Colo., Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Rocky Mountain Estate Brokers Realty LLC (www.whitleyauction.com) announces the public absolute auction of 11.33 acres of development land in Longmont, Co., on Tuesday, November 10, 2009, at 12:10 pm MST, according to auctioneer David P. Whitley.

"This is prime Colorado real estate that will sell to the highest bidder with no minimum bid and no reserve price," said Whitley. "This is a great development opportunity."

The land is located at the Northeast corner of the intersection of St. Vrain Road (East 9th Avenue) and Pace Street on the East side of Longmont. The property is annexed to the City of Longmont, zoned PUD-R and ready for development.

The auction is open to the public. Bidders must register prior to bidding. Bidders who cannot attend the live auction may bid online. Broker participation is encouraged. Brokers may earn up to three percent commission at closing by representing the successful bidder.
