ISLAMABAD, Pakistan, Sept. 20 A recording purportedly with the voice of al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden urged Pakistani Muslims to reject the government of President Pervez Musharraf.

The tape, which includes old video of bin Laden and his No. 2, Ayman al-Zawahiri, touring a mujahedin training camp, called on Muslims in Pakistan to avenge the deaths of "champions of Islam," SITE Intelligence Group reported Thursday.

The video shows pictures of dead militants the voice on the tape promised to avenge.

"So Pervez, his ministers, his soldiers and those who help him are all accomplices in the spilling the blood of those of the Muslims who have been killed," the recording said. "He who helps him knowingly and willingly is an infidel like him."

Bin Laden called on Pakistanis to reject elections and other "futile actions" in favor of armed "holy war."
