BAGHDAD, Sept. 8 Nine people were killed and at least 12 wounded in separate attacks in Iraq, it was reported Saturday.
Five people died and eight others were wounded Saturday in a bomb blast at a market in Najaf's Kufa district, south of Baghdad, reported KUNA, the Kuwait News Agency.
In Kirkuk, three Iraqi civilians and a police officer died Friday and four others were injured when gunmen fired from a moving car. The dead included a school director and his brother, KUNA reported.
