CHICAGO, Sept. 4 The Chicago trial of recording artist R. Kelly has been postponed again, the Chicago Sun-Times reported Tuesday.
"We are not going to be going to trial the 17th of September," said Cook County Judge Vincent Gaughan.
Jury selection in the long-delayed case was set to begin Sept. 17.
The R&B superstar faces child pornography charges stemming from a video-tape that allegedly shows him performing a sex act with a girl prosecutors contend was underage at the time.
Kelly was charged five years ago.
