Orlando, FL, March 02, 2010 --(PR.com)-- DSO clan members from all areas of the United States will be flocking to Nashville this March to compete in the Pro-Gaming Combine announced by Major League Gaming (MLG) earlier this month thanks to sponsorship from American Guru and local sponsors. The event is set to take place March 26-28, 2010 in Nashville, TN.
Halo Division Leader and Tennessee native, Sniperess DSO will be leading an all-female Halo 3 team, DSO Delta. The Delta team has previously reached the second round in pro-circuit events.
Captain DSO Ace will be arrive with his highly skilled DSO AceX teammates all the way from North Dakota and Connecticut. Team AceX will be competing in Halo 3. Experienced AceX team members progressed as far as the fourth round in 2009 on the MLG Pro-Circuit.
DSO MrSicko and DSO Saylem will be trekking a drive from Kentucky to support their clanmates and compete in the 4v4 and free for all (FFA) tournaments. DSO MrSicko also competes in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and DSO Saylem tears up his competition in Guitar Hero contests.
The clan's leadership anticipates it will have three of teams of four, including one all-female team. All teams are expected to at least break through the first round in this amateur event.
MLG's competition format is Halo 3 4v4, with a 256 team bracket and Halo 3 FFA, with a 1,280 player bracket. All four-player teams will be automatically entered to the FFA.
